Like interior design, there are a particular set of techniques, strategies and methods to determining and executing a design. Leading a team is no different. There are a number of skills and techniques that are to be understood and used when leading a company and its team to greatness.

These skills are not a mystery, and while leading a team is certainly challenging, the principles of leadership are simple. If you are in a position of power now, or are being groomed to be, you already intuitively possess many of the foundational characteristics of a leader.
