When it comes to operations, we have seen it all, and that is our edge. Because we are privy to so many offices, we have intimate knowlege of what works and what doesn't, in just about any given situation. We also have enough experience that we can tell you without a doubt the best practices for your given operational structure.
How can you help us if we're accross the country?
Very little actually needs to be done on-site. We know the right questions to ask to assess your situation. Although we love visiting our clients in person, rarely do we actually require an on-site sessions. For the more comprehensive programs, 3-5 days at your office may be necessary. We will advise you if that is the case, otherwise we are able to work with you, train your staff and work on your files with our remote access software. We actually log onto your computer and control your mouse and keyboard as if we were sitting right there.
What makes you better than other consulting firms?
Many things make us better than the others. For one, we don't just tell you what you need to do, we actually help you do it. Furthermore, in most cases, we can provide the tools, documents and charts quickly and affordably, because we, in many cases have developed templates for them already, so all we need to do is customize to fit your particular needs. Chances are, we've seen your set of circumstances many times before and can advise and provide the solution without delay. Secondly, we bring vast experience in operations from other business sectors, that gives us a more well-rounded and knowledgeable approach. And frankly, to our knowledge, we're one of the very few who actually provide the hands on, turn-key services and products that we provide. Certainly, in providing these services at our level of expertise, we are unique.
I have read the E-Myth. How can you help me to do the things recommended in that book?
We have developed all that an Interior Designer needs to document, streamline and systemize their business. Plus, we document all of this in an Executive Operations Manual for your use and refinement as your business grows.
